When designing this beard oil I tried to imagine myself in 800AD upon a Viking ship standing next to Odin planning our next invasion and wondered what scents would bring. Then, like Thor's hammer it hit me; Vanilla, Sandalwood, and Lavender.
 
Vanilla, for the primary scent, because the powerful and intoxicating scent would cover up the scent of days sailing The Norwegian and Baltic Sea. And, of course, a nice wood like Cedarwood to remind me of the glorious ship I stood upon, and then fresh lavender to remind me that no matter how far out I am, I will soon find land.
 
There are three primary oils used in this blend: sweet Almond (owes its benefits to the generous amounts of monounsaturated fatty acids, Vitamin E, Potassium, proteins, Zinc, and a number of other vitamins and minerals it contains.) Jojoba oil (contains almost all of the vitamins and minerals essential for healthy skin and hair: Vitamin E, B-complex, Copper, Zinc, Selenium, Iodine, and Chromium. And, it’s even gentle enough to be used on sensitive skin without causing allergic reactions.) Lastly, Sunflower oil (benefits of Sunflower oil include its ability to improve heart health, boost energy, strengthen the immune system, improve your skin health, prevent cancer, lower cholesterol, protect against asthma, and reduce inflammation.)
